Consumers of Ghana’s Financial Services Town Hall – 12th Oct

The Town Hall gives an opportunity for ordinary consumers to voice their concerns, questions, and challenges directly to industry leaders. Industry leaders benefit from listening and learning from these challenges and providing accurate understanding of the workings of financial institutions. The event will host a sequence of question-and-answer sessions on given themes, including opening a bank account, benefits of banking, consumers’ financial needs, access to loans, and customer service. While the industry leaders will give brief introductions to the themes, the primary emphasis will be on the Q&A and the reactions and questions of the consumers.
